Job description for Junior IT Consultant at Widatech
As a Junior IT Consultant, you will provide advisory on industry best practice to leverage the best of technology
Job Description as follows:
- Assist senior team in providing, developing and implementing innovative solutions to address clients' business requirements
- Provide post-sales and pre-sales technical assistance to support clients in all aspects through end-to-end system troubleshooting.
- Identify, create reports and document any risks or issues during
- Attending online courses or educational programs to consistently develop personal skills
- Work closely with management, engineering, production, marketing, and sales team
- Create, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Travel to clients’ site
- Updating management team and developer team regarding consulting reports
- Maintain relationships and facilitates meetings with key customers, external suppliers, and IT technical teams and business partners
- Create technical and non-technical documentation on requirements, communications and solutions for project work
- Understand requirements and translate them into appropriate service/processes to meet business objectives
- Manage project to align with stakeholders, business objectives, and digital transformation solution
- Support and execute UAT, change management, and operational transformation support
- Design and implement framework to provide advisory to client's business challenge
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree of System Information, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Management
- Excellent written and verbal Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and strong analyzing skills to provide and develop technical solutions
- Ability to learn quickly
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
- Strong data and information retrieving from variety of sources and data visualization skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, outlook, Power Point, etc.,
- Strong knowledge of HTML, C++, SQL, Python or Java is expected
- Strong knowledge of IT development, system operation, and cyber security
- Experience in business problem-solving with computer statistical software
- Proven experience in IT service management, software architecture, research assistant, or project manager.
- Experience of implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) on software applications (SAP A, Microsoft dynamics)
- Able to travel to client's site
