Karma Group is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Data Administrator who is passionate about data-driven reporting to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory control activities and ensuring that all information within our database is accurate, up-to-date, and supported by proper legal documentation. You will also prepare closing reports for Trustees, manage enrollments with third-party partners, and support the preparation of reports for Space Management Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory control-related activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date database records supported by legal documentation.
- Prepare closing reports for Trustees.
- Coordinate and manage enrollments with third-party partners.
- Assist in preparing reports for Space Management Group.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role or a similar position.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in the Timeshare or Hospitality industry is an advantage.
