As part of PAG Advisors exciting growth plans in the financial services industry, we are looking for ambitious individuals to join us as a Junior Business Development Manager. Upon being successfully hired, you’ll develop your skills for connecting and building relationships with prospective clients as well as marketing the professional services we offered to the right audience through a comprehensive 3-month training program. It’s an opportunity to turn the knowledge you’ve acquired into a lucrative career that stands for the test of time. You’ll experience intense product, sales and marketing training and valuable mentoring. After which you will be coached on your Leadership Development for a fast track to leading a team.
Responsibilities
- To supervise a team of 3 to 5 sales associates after completion of the training program.
- Perform on-the-job guidance with associates on client acquisition.
- Support Team associate in generating quality prospective leads.
- Train and develop new associates.
- Maintaining team morale and cohesion.
- Acquisition of new client accounts.
- Servicing existing client accounts.
- Participate in Professional Leadership Development training provided.
Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents Only
- Min “A’ Level/ Diploma
- With working experience preferred
- Completed NS for Males
