Job description for JUNIOR ART DIRECTOR at WEALLNET
- For this hybrid role, we’re looking for someone with 2+ years’ experience in a similar capacity.
- You have a knack for digital thinking and constantly research trends.
- Work closely with your Senior Art Director to execute creative concepts
- Identify creative thinking toward big ideas
- Present creative ideas to clients using a variety of techniques
- Visualize concepts and interpret them into design
- Takes ownership of creative work and leads by example
- Understand our brand’s tone and positioning
- Provides insightful, creative executions which positively impact a client’s business
- Lead, motivates and develops the design team
- Acts as the main point of contact in the team for Account Management and Project Management
- Exhibit excellent design, art direction visualization skills
- Understanding of user experience design
- Excellent visual design skills
- Expert knowledge of software packages including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Flash
- Knowledge of interface design, typography, layout, and web formats
- Degree in art and design-related field
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (IELTS 7.0)
- You have a knack for digital thinking and constantly research tech trends, demonstrated by your development experience
- You have knowledge in providing quick ballparks and accurate estimates, clearly defining the scope and underlying assumptions
- Awareness of latest industry developments and trends
- As a start-up company we expect you to go above and beyond what is required on the JD. Be proactive and embrace challenges as opportunities. There may times occasionally where you may be asked to stay back or come in on weekends
- You have a warm positive attitude and don’t mind mentoring and motivating juniors/interns.
- Good people skills for the difficult moments as well as the easy ones.

- You have proven understanding of our business or very similar ones.
- You can often foresee upcoming issues and can discuss fairly with your manager.
