Job Description:
- Contribute to the product lifecycle, from discovery and development to launch, prioritization, backlogs, continuous improvement to align with company strategy, maintenance, and retirement.
- Anticipate client needs, maintain a customer-centric mindset, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, designers, engineers, QA, and other cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer feedback analysis, user interviews, and requirement-gathering activities to identify product opportunities and improvements.
- Coordinate product development activities, monitor progress, product performance, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and analyze key metrics to support timely delivery and data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare product iteration activities and product documentation, such as release notes, presentations, stakeholder updates, and other materials.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, with up to 2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or related roles preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand user needs, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and documentation, while working comfortably with data, reports, presentations, and product performance metrics.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Knowledge of software development, mobile/digital applications, APIs, and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma) is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
