Job description for IT Support at Pt. Jaya Agung Teknologi
- Contribute to impactful projects from start to finish
- Creative and able to work as individual or part of a team
- Install, configure, test and maintain/monitoring systems, application software and system management tools
- Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
- Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
- Provide 1st level support
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Strong technical and analytical mindset with in-depth understanding of how web and mobile application stacks work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Honest and always adapt to the latest technologies
- Daily reporting to The Head of IT
