Job description for IT Support at Pt. Mediator Komunitas Indonesia (CROWDO)
- Provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth running of the computers, network devices, printers as well as end users’ requirements
- Installation and configuration hardware and software, standard OS, Clients networking (LAN)
- Analyze and Documentation related to IT
- Handle Asset Management (Laptop, printer, and CPU) maintain inventory and liaise with vendors
- Other duties include performing first level troubleshooting and support for scheduled user data backups
- Bachelor degree/Diploma from Information Technology (S1 Teknik Informatika)
- Having knowledge of hardware and software, installation & configuration computer hardware, software, printer and network (TCP/IP, IP addressing, Router and LAN)
- Having knowledge on ISO 27001, Office 365, Anti Virus, VPN, and Windows/Linux Platform.
- Has passion for technology and wants to make a difference with technology solutions
- Strong customer service ethos
- Good communication skills
