an IT Technical Support will responsible to manage all the computer-related activities in organization
1. Maintain essential IT Operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
2. Supervising daily operations of network and server insfrastructure
3. Managing IT budgets, forecast, handling cash flow and enforcing cost-effectiveness
4. Evaluating risk, developing network recovery and backup processes
5. Assessing and purchasing new and replacement hardware
6. Implementing security of the network, data and its storage and communication systems
7. Train employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed
2. Proven experience in IT related fields
3. Excellent knowledge of hardware and software systems
4. Have knowledge in web development and maintenance is good but not necessary
5. Excellent communication in english
6. Good time management and multitasking skills.
