IT Support Officer (Application)
Job Description
- Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up-to-date.
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures.
- Assisting with systems testing/integrations.
- Managing coordination at a local and international level where required.
- Delivering regular and customised training to teams within the business.
- Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organisation’s systems.
- Developing reports for teams across the business.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Computer / Information Technology related fields.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Prefer with basic programming language (C#, Java) & Database (MS SQL Server).
- Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge.
- Ability to communicate with people of various level.
- Willing to hands on in manufacturing environment.
- Candidate with no experience is welcome to apply, on-job-training provided.
