- Serve as 1st point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over phone or email.
- Provide end user training support by phone and email.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with SOP.

- and familiar with business or enterprise software such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Fleet Management (FMS) Warehouse Management software (WMS) etc.
- Possess minimum 1 year experience in a capacity as a helpdesk/service desk.
