Job description for IT Security Support (Level 2) at PT Sentra Inovasi Solusi
- Minimal D1 Teknik Informatika (IT)
- Have 2 (two) years experience as IT Security support (Single Sign on and/ or Identity Management)
- Have solid understanding and working knowledge about security basics (e.g encryption, OIDC, SAML, DMZ, firewall, 2FA, etc)
- Have experience working with Windows, Unix (Linux, etc), VMWare operating environments
- Intermediate level for English (read/ write/ listen/ oral)
- Customer service orientation
- Have Strong problem analysis and problem-solving
- Positive attitude towards continuous learning
- Able to work on 7x24 shift basis
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat or email
- Advise user on appropriate action
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Follow standard help desk procedures
- Follow up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues
- identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Prepare activity reports
- Update Knowledge Base for new and revised solution
