Job description for IT Project (Desktop) Engineer at Ace Prefix Solutions Pte Ltd
Scope of Work:
• Responsible for performing first level troubleshooting and support for computer hardware/software, application and systems.
• Setting up of computing workstation(s) and peripheral(s) for end user(s).
• Provide advice and assistance to users on the usage of the related software and hardware.
• Perform basic administrative support, asset management and routine IT housekeeping services.
• Perform Deployment / Retrieval of computing device(s) and peripheral(s).
• Ensure proper logistics documentations.
Requirements:
• Singaporeans and Singapore PR’s only.
• IT experienced preferred
• Minimum qualification in NITEC / Diploma (IT-related course is a bonus)
• Basic IT literacy required (know how to operate a Win10 Desktop/Laptop, and applications like; MS Word, MS Excel)
• Confident and professional conversational abilities.
• Able to work in team environment, guiding and working with peers.
