Job description for IT Project Administrator at PT Anabatic Digital Raya
- Actively manage and follow up all project documentations from Team
- Ensuring all hard and soft copy project documentation is well organized as per Organizational Standard Operating Procedures & policies.
- Provide highly efficient general administrative support to Project Team
- Assist Project Manager in term of project documentation and coordination
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
- Have experienced as Project Administrator / Project Management Officer
- Have experience in Banking Industries
- Knowledge of Project Management Software (e.g. Trello or Microsoft Project)
- Experience in handling project documentation, time management, and administration skills
- Ability to keep excellent records and maintain audit ability status at all times
- Good communication in English both oral and written
- Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail
- Having good self-motivation and the ability to work as a team
- Able to work under required time and pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skill and teamwork player
