Job description for IT Helpdesk Support (Contract Based) at Dezire Technologies Pte Ltd
- Hands on experience in managing, installing, and troubleshooting issue related with PC / Notebook, Thin client, Smartphone, Printer, Scanner, Wi-Fi, network wiring, etc
- Hands on experience in installing and troubleshooting issue related with MS Windows, MS Office, macOS
- Good knowledge and understanding of TCP / IP networking
- Good knowledge and understanding of Linux
- Having VM knowledge is a plus
- Having Active Directory and Domain Controller knowledge is a plus
- Having Unifi knowledge is a plus
- Having Fortigate knowledge is a plus
- Having Veeam Backup knowledge is a plus
- Having Zimbra knowledge is a plus
