Job description
Job Description:
  • Providing helps and answers to clients/partners who ask general questions
  • Coordinating with related team if there is unusual question
  • Using Bahasa properly
  • Using English properly (if needed)
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Basic Programming, Communication
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent
  • Analysis and conceptual
  • Having knowledge in Fintech, Payment Gateaway and Virtual Account
  • Having worked as Customer Service or Helpdesk is a BIG PLUS!
  • Willing to work in shift
