Job description
Job Description:
- Providing helps and answers to clients/partners who ask general questions
- Coordinating with related team if there is unusual question
- Using Bahasa properly
- Using English properly (if needed)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Basic Programming, Communication
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent
- Analysis and conceptual
- Having knowledge in Fintech, Payment Gateaway and Virtual Account
- Having worked as Customer Service or Helpdesk is a BIG PLUS!
- Willing to work in shift
