Job description for IT Digital Transformation at TobeTeam

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Must have experience working in the Manufacturing Industry environment.
  • Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate them into scalable digital/system solutions.
  • Experienced in requirement gathering, business process improvement, functional specification documentation, and Agile project delivery.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is a must.
  • Capable of independently handling end-to-end digital use case delivery, including design, build coordination, testing, and deployment.
  • Confident in collaborating closely with the IT Head and coordinating with top management.
  • Good understanding of Change Management and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Having a background as an IT Developer will be an advantage.
  • Experience in Project Management will be an advantage.
