Job description for IT Digital Transformation at TobeTeam

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Analyst, Functional Analyst, or in a similar role.
Must have experience working in the Manufacturing Industry environment.
Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate them into scalable digital/system solutions.
Experienced in requirement gathering, business process improvement, functional specification documentation, and Agile project delivery.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is a must.
Capable of independently handling end-to-end digital use case delivery, including design, build coordination, testing, and deployment.
Confident in collaborating closely with the IT Head and coordinating with top management.
Good understanding of Change Management and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Having a background as an IT Developer will be an advantage.
Experience in Project Management will be an advantage.
