Job description for IT Application Support Engineer at PT. Pro Integrate Consulting
We are currently hiring Application Support Engineers to support one of our Bank client. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong technical foundation in application support or Java development, particularly within the banking or financial services environment. As an Application Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth application deployment, system stability, and issue resolution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support system performance and continuous delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Developers, and end-users to support software design and implementation
• Prepare and execute application implementation and deployment plans
• Deploy applications across Test, Production, and DRC environments
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution
• Perform application tuning and performance optimization
• Provide clear documentation and reporting for deployment and implementation activities
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Application Support or Java Programming
• Experience working with CRM or Contact Center systems is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Query
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English (written & spoken)
Nice to Have (Plus Points)
• Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker), CI/CD pipelines, scripting, and Linux
• Interest or exposure to AI technologies
