Job description for Investigation Team Leader at Telestar
ABOUT THE ROLE
BrandShield is seeking an Investigation Team Leader to lead and support a team of investigators responsible for detecting and mitigating online brand threats. The role focuses on managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality investigation and enforcement work, and improving team
performance, with hands-on daily operational tasks on existing accounts.
The Investigation Team Leader reports directly to the Vietnam Investigation Group Manager and works closely with global teams to ensure investigations and enforcement activities are delivered accurately and on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and mentor a team of Investigators (at least 5 members), ensuring high performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Manage daily investigation and enforcement tasks across websites, marketplaces, paid ads and social media platforms.
- Monitor enforcement actions and conduct quality assurance (QA/QC) to ensure work meets company and client standards.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to support team development.
- Train team members on investigation methods, enforcement processes, and client guidelines.
- Analyze enforcement results, identify trends in online brand abuse, and suggest improvements to workflows.
- Support complex investigations and assist team members in resolving challenging cases.
- Track team KPIs and report operational updates to the Vietnam Investigation Group Manager.
- Collaborate with Enforcement Managers, Threat Hunters, and global teams to resolve cases efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (law, technical, analytical or management orientation preferred); MBA is an advantage.
- Proven leadership experience with strong team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and research abilities, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to identify patterns in data and make strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in web-based research tools and office applications.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently while managing a team effectively.

WORKING TIME (On-site): Monday – Friday: From 13:00 – 22:00 (Afternoon shift)
