- Assist the end-to-end recruitment process, started from posting the job ads, sourcing the applications through various job portals, arrange the interview, conduct the interview, follow up the interview results, and update the recruitment database.
- Communicate intensely with the potential leads.
- Scoring the psychological test.
- Assist to conduct the background checking and update the results to he database.
- Fast paced and full of initiative worker.
- Any other task related to the end-to-end recruitmet process given by the direct superior.
