Job description for Internship Finance Accounting at Lawencon International
Job Description:
- Assist with recording daily transactions into the accounting system (Accurate)
- Support the accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, including checking supporting documents
- Help manage and monitor petty cash transactions.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger reviews when needed.
- Contribute to the preparation of basic financial reports, including monthly and annual reports, if required.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting reports as needed.
- Organize financial data and ensure proper filing and updating of financial documents and archives.
- Help prepare documents for tax purposes and ensure data completeness.
- Assist in vendor sourcing for internal needs (purchasing).
- Support in preparing tax withholding documents (PPN, PPh).
- Assist in calculating daily wages for daily workers.
- Provide support to the finance team in other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Graduated from a reputable university.
- Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.
- Has prior internship experience in accounting or finance.
- Experience using Accurate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, creating tables, and simple charts.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and strong in analytical thinking.
- Able to manage work priorities effectively.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing and able to work onsite (WFO) at Pakuwon Tower, Tebet, South Jakarta, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
