I. The Opportunity
- This is a player-coach role for someone ready to step up.
- You will:
• Lead a team of Senior Account Executives
• Own and drive team revenue performance
• Take control of key deals and client relationships
This is not a pure management role — you will lead from the front, combining sales execution with team leadership.
For the right person, this role can evolve into Head of Sales / Commercial Lead.
II. What You'll Be Responsible For
1. Revenue & Commercial Ownership
• Drive team revenue and margin performance
• Step into key deals to improve conversion and value
• Guide pricing and prioritisation decisions
2. Team Leadership
• Manage and develop Sales Team
• Raise standards in communication, execution, and ownership
• Coach team members to improve performance
3. Pipeline & Performance
• Build strong pipeline coverage across the team
• Improve conversion rates and deal quality
• Focus on high-value opportunities
4. Hands-On Selling
• Own key accounts and client relationships
• Lead important client discussions and negotiations

REQUIREMENTS
Who This Role Is For
- You likely have:
• Experience in B2B sales or agency environments
• Experience managing people and revenue target
• Strong commercial judgement
• 5-8 years of experience
- You are:
• Comfortable selling AND leading
• Direct, decisive, and outcome-focused
• Motivated by performance and growth
English Requirement
- You will work directly with international clients and internal teams in English.
- You should be comfortable:
• Leading client calls
• Handling negotiations and discussions
• Writing clear, structured communication
