· Identify opportunities and resources required to accelerate business volume
· Perform sales presentations to match company’s products with identified needs
· Attain all business management and quota objectives in assigned areas of responsibility

· Upsell services and products into existing customers
· Promote value through customer experience
· Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
· Manage and maintain accurate sales forecasting
· Generate new business through inbound lead follow up and outbound account prospecting best practices
· Manage, nurture, and qualify all inbound leads (website, incoming calls, marketing campaigns, tradeshows, webinars)
· Engage prospective clients via telephone, email, web and (when needed) in person meetings to educate and facilitate the sales.

· Bilingual in Mandarin and Malay, fluent in English is a plus
· Understanding of Saas Technologies.
· 1-2 years experience in selling saas solution, work with commercial customers effective territory/account management: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder and executive communication needs analysis, value engineering, opportunity management, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal negotiation.
· Fluent in English, Chinese language and good in Malay language
· Focused “hunter” mentality to find, solicit, and drive new business to the company
