Responsibilities and Duties
· Configure client accounts based on the combination of client
· Specifications, existing workflows and industry best practices.
· Manage all communication with internal team and client effectively.
· Establish all technical project requirements and maintain effectively
· Professional relationships with all clients and organize all project materials
· Resolve issues related to implementation within the required timeframe and report to management on the regular basis.
· Document all findings and feedback from the client during implementation activities.
· Prepare and maintain all technical and business documents and collaborate with client’s various departments to provide support to all issues
· Provide customer training to guide customers through the implementation of the software.
· Support implementation manager on multiple client implementations at any given time.
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
· Excellent presentation skills, problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills.
· Project management experience & skills.
· Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced start-up environment - team player with a positive attitude.
· Able to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
· Oversea travel with short notice given.
Able to communicate in Mandarin.
Experience implementing or supporting a SaaS product.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, VB, etc.
Experience working with API’s.
