Job description for 【iKala Cloud】資深 客戶成功專員- CDP Senior Customer Success Specialist- CDP at iKala Interactive Media Inc
- Establish clear retention goals and process milestones for the client and iKala CDP team to work toward.
- Assist clients to expand their usage and adoption of iKala CDP solution.
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with key decision makers - Be a trusted advisor.
- Provide resources to answer clients' questions, identifying needs for account customization and further implementation where applicable.
- Identify customer’s growth opportunities throughout the subscription period and create and execute renewal/retention strategies as well as identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities.
- 3+ years of experience in customer success/consultant/Inhouse martech planning or related position.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Establishes a trusted adviser relationship that works to ensure our client’s full satisfaction with our technology.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and business fluency in English.
- Have a strong understanding of Digital Marketing/Martech/Data/CRM.
- Account management experience in Key Account client or Internal team.
- Knowledge in data analytics related solution (eg. Google Analytics/BI/CDP).
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
