The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, maintaining accurate employee records, managing the HRIS database, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will also play a vital role in fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting talent development, and aligning HR initiatives with the overall business goals.

We are looking for a candidate who holds a Bachelor's Degree and has between 5 to 10 years of experience in human resources. Strong skills in People Development, Microsoft Excel, HR Administration, Microsoft Outlook, HRIS Database Management, Human Resources Management, Recruitment, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Human Resource Development (HRD) are essential.
