RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Nurturing and supporting employees and ensuring positive workplace environment.
  • Creating effective hiring and recruitment process
  • Design comprehensive onboarding programs and facilitate training and development initiatives to ensure that the new hire's feel welcome and supported
  • Ensure the organization complies with employment laws, internal policies and industry standards REQUIREMENTS
  • Indonesian Citizen with High School diploma; 3 years experience in the Human Resources, Management Operations or related professional area
  • Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill Committed, enthusiastic, proactive, systematic responsible and organized work
  • Experienced minimum 2 years in the same position
