- HR Director will plan all HR targets, manage operation activities,
- Develop HR policies, manage HR team at Corporate and Business Divisions.
- Manage coordination with business owners of all business divisions in the group.
- Responsible for strategic planning and implementation of legal compliance, fulfillment and development of human resources to be more effective and efficient.
- Leading change initiatives related to organizational culture and strategic needs, minimizing change resistance and employee anxiety to weigh the success of these change initiatives.
- Maximum 50 years old · Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Human Resources Management, Law, psychology
- Minimum 20 year(s) work experience with the last position as a generalist HR Director in various lines of business within a large company
- Thorough knowledge in designing, developing and implementing Organizational
- Development Systems, KPIs and Competency Based Performance Management Systems
- Nurture a positive working environment. •
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
