Job description for Human Resource Manager at Dian Raya Cipta
Since its establishment in early 2011, PT. Dian Raya Cipta (DRC) has specialized in automotive parts & component manufacturing. DRC aims to be the number one stamping & die-making manufacturer. Thus we are looking for an experienced, analytical, and execution-driven professional with a genuine passion for people development & management.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree (S1) and at least 3 years of working experience as a generalist in the Human Resources (HR) function
• Experienced with talent recruiting & development, records management & employee relations
• Proficient in using Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva
• A strong leadership presence with a can-do attitude, Ability to take ownership and take initiative
• Experience within the manufacturing industry
• Prior knowledge/experience of ISO 9001;2015, TPS system and 5S culture
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Hiring:
- Identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and facilitate the entire hiring process
- Hire staff and negotiate employment agreements
Performance Management:
- Implement and manage quarterly performance reviews (KPI)
- Strategize, and execute HR programs to motivate and support current staff
- Implement necessary training systems
- Handling ISO and Audit certification
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement human resources policies
- Create and execute an employee benefits plan: Car ownership, laptop, PTO/bonus, etc.
