Job description for Human Resource Intern (HRD) at Workforce Singapore

Responsibilities:
Workday User Experience
With the implementation of a new HR system (Workday), our existing work processes and policies would need to be reviewed to align to the system offerings. To support the change management effort, the intern will be involved in the following:
- Understand how different HR functions are carried out and suggest new ways to align to the system offerings
- Research and recommend multimedia tools/platforms that are suitable for internal staff communications
- Develop interactive communication materials to instil mindset shifts and help staff better appreciate the benefits of the new HR system
- Conduct feedback and analyse staff's sentiments on the new system, and recommend areas for improvement
Learning and Development
- Provide support in programme administration/nominations
- Participate in the planning, scheduling and organising of Learning and Development activities/events such as Team Lead Connexion, Leadership Exchange
- Conduct post training evaluation of training programmes/events to assess programme/event effectiveness
HR Analytics
- Provide support in basic data analysis and visualisation for HR reporting
Requirements:
- Background in communications and/or design
- Knowledge in the use of applications/software such as Powtoon and Adobe Photoshop would be advantageous
