Job description for Human Resource Generalist at PT Health Today Indonesia
- Have passion to manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Have good communication, team work, and interpersonal skills
- Have depth knowledge of general human resources policies and procedures
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities
- Sources candidates through passive and active recruitment
- Research and recommend new sourcing channels / methods, as well as analyzing the most effective recruitment channels
- Prepare recruitment reports on weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly basis
- Handling attendance administration, payroll & allowance calculation, and payslip distribution for all employees
- Act as front liner in handling all employee related issues with regard to compensation and benefits, performance review based on KPI, and training & development
- Manages all incoming data files and ensures all employee records are updated
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in a Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an HR Generalist
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Have a high degree of ownership and ability to work collaboratively
- Excellent communication, team work, and interpersonal skills
- Organized, with a strong track record of executing, strategizing, and following through with urgency
