Job description for Human Resource Generalist at ICHIGO
- Handing performance evaluation to the staffs.
- Maintain employee's relation issue.
- Maintain employee's administration, including BPJS, paid leave, attendance, and data administration and HRIS.
- Manage recruitment and selection process, including publishing the job, sourcing candidate, taking care of the contract and general onboarding process.
- Handling daily administration in the office, including petty cash, pay monthly bills, and office supplies.
- Bachelor degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
- Must have at least 3 years experience in Human Resource, GA and basic Finance is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (both writing and oral) in English (Business level), Japanese is a plus.
- Depth understanding about HR system and metrics, database, employment law, organization development and conflict management.
- Familiarity with Google Sheet, Docs, and Slide,
- Ability to multi-task, working under pressure, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
- Have a strong communication skill, honest, well organized, and discipline.
