About the Company
We are partnering with a fast-growing renewable energy company committed to driving sustainable solutions and shaping the future of clean energy. As the company continues to expand, they are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Generalist to support their people operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
Support employee lifecycle activities (contracts, probation, confirmation, offboarding)
Maintain and update HR policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and engagement initiatives
Administer payroll coordination, attendance, and benefits management
Support performance management and learning & development programs
Ensure accurate HR documentation and reporting
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration ( A must)
2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Experience in fast-paced or startup environments is a plus
Interest in sustainability or renewable energy is an advantage
