HR Generalist

Head Office : Sudirman

Placement : Kranggan, Bekasi

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to manage various human resources functions and support daily business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll administration, employment regulations, and employee administration.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee lifecycle processes, including hiring, probation, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and termination.
  • Prepare, monitor, and maintain employment documents, including employment contracts, employee files, and HR records.
  • Process and coordinate monthly payroll administration accurately and on time.
  • Handle BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration, including registration, updates, claims support, and reporting.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative data.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Support HR operational activities and employee relations matters.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support for management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding HR and operational requirements.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR practices.
  • Experience handling recruitment, payroll administration, BPJS, and employee documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience using HRIS is an advantage.
