Job description for Human Resource Business Partner at Samara Media & Entertainment
- Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
- Be the ambassador for the company culture as well as plan and implement activities to continue driving employee engagement.
- Analysis HR trends in similar fields/industries to provide references for proposed policies/data.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge and reduce risks related to the daily management of employees
- Assist management in conflict resolution
- Set standards for ethics, values, and culture of company
- Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes, and benefits packages
- Bachelor's degree - Psychology, Management, Communication.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels and diverse backgrounds, is assertive, with good active listening skills.
- Proficient in Canva & Ms. Office
