· Find and attract talents for open positions.
· In charge of all kinds of training for internal: from on-board orientation to internal training or development programs.
· Lead and create activities online & offline, content developments for internal & external communications.
2. Duties and Responsibilities
- Build up, maintain and improve the recruitment procedure.
- Create & update Job Description.
- Implement the company’s recruitment strategy: post job, search and screen candidates; CVs, make appointment to interview candidates, check candidate ability and experience, feedback candidate on interview results.
- Prepare recruitment statistic reports following recruitment process.
- Input data for recruitment system.
- Coordinate with HRA team and related departments to ensure well-arranged on-boarding process.
- Host Orientation training program for new comers.
- Research, propose & execute the suitable professional training courses for employee to meet and individual development plan.
· Internal & External Communication (20%)
- Manage & promote IMS media-own channels like: facebook page, website, youtube, Linkedin.
- Responsible for updating information, editing the contents (internal activities, job post, case studies) on internal & external media channels, social media.
- Lead and coordinate with other members of HRA team to make plan for the yearly internal events.
