Job description for Human Capital Supervisor at Fame Hotel Gading Serpong
- Communicates with all employees for the purpose of providing information and assistance concerning employment, recruitment, transfers, personnel records, leaves, licenses, and related legal requirements
- Coordinates the HC activities to ensuring all HC Mandatory program deadlines are met effectively and efficiently.
- Develops a wide variety of written materials (e.g. letters, forms, procedures, brochures, pamphlets, etc.) for the purpose of documenting activities, providing written reference, and/or conveying information.
- Processes, files, and maintains documents, data, and materials (e.g. employee personnel files, Human Resources Information System, etc.) for the purpose of disseminating information to appropriate parties and inputting data.
- Supports the Human Capital Manager and department staff for the purpose of assisting in the performance of their work activities.
- Keeps records of health insurance, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.
- Support the recruitment process starting from the sourcing, interview arrangement and employment administration.
