Job description for Human Capital Intern at Arkadia Works
As Intern, you will be assisting Human Capital Manager in projects, such as:
- Update employee's data in HRIS
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures documents
- Create Competency Assessments
Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) of Psychology or Human Resource Management from reputable university
- Students are welcome to apply (min. 7th semester)
- Computer literate, able to operate Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Available to intern for minimum 3 months
- Willing to be located in Bintaro (WFO)
