About The HCBP role
Reporting to the Human Capital Manager, you will develop and manage the organization’s compensation and benefit, recruitment, learning and development, performance management, organization development, and employee relations programs.
In This Role you will:
- Listen to employees’ problems, provide practical advice, and workable solutions to address a range of complex and sensitive issues that arise during the employee lifecycle.
- Work closely with business leaders to align the team with business objectives and establish a performance culture.
- Will partner with the business leaders and HC teams to improve the overall level of talent in the business unit.
- Work closely with HC teams and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance.
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
- Evaluate training programs.
- Actively manage employee services like onboarding, off-boarding, employee communication, and employee leave.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, and/or other relevant fields.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and team effectively at all levels.
- Excellent analytical thinking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Fluently speaking and writing Bahasa and English.
- A comprehensive and proven HR business partner experience in the fast-paced, collaborative working environment.
