Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HRGA Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, industrial relations, and offboarding.
- Knowledgeable in personnel administration, labor regulations, and company legal documentation.
- Experienced in using HRIS systems, particularly Talenta Mekari.
- Familiar with payroll calculation, PPh 21 taxation, and BPJS Employment & Health administration.
- Experienced in handling General Affairs functions: asset management, vendor coordination, licensing, and office operational support.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, assertive, and able to work under pressure with deadlines.
- Capable of developing SOPs, KPIs, and periodic HR reports.
- Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo.
