Job description
Overview
Responsible for all areas relating to HR Administration and Compensation, General Affairs activities for the company, and supporting HRGA Manager for all HR related activities and policy.
Responsibilities
- Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
- Prepare and implement Compensation and Benefit System for employee (conduct monthly payroll, BPJS, health insurance, etc)
- Maintain employee data in the company's HR information system database to ensure all employee data are valid and up to date
- Conduct recruitment and selection administrative to support HRGA Manager and doing onboarding program for new employees
- Responsible in GA area: Safety Management, Facility Management, Office Asset Maintenance, and General Corporate Problems
- Assist in the internal communication for HR updates or regulation and contributes to the development of policies
- Any other Ad Hoc duties as assigned from HRGA Manager
Professional Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in HR and GA field
- Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technology systems as needed
- Could be quick adapting in a dynamic environment
