Job description for HRGA Officer at Simbadda Group
- In charge of HR functions such as attendance management, employee database, employment contracts, and so on
- Assisting with end-to-end recruitment procedures
- Provide assistance to employees on various HR topics, such as leaves and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Responsible for carrying out HR and GA administration processes
- Maintaining employment contracts and employee database
- Coordination of office maintenance, assets, supplies, and cleanliness to ensure the office is in good working order
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies, as well as the observance of labor regulations.
- Responsible for any ad-hoc activities from users
- Report the progress of HRGA activities to the HR Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or related field
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience as an HRGA is preferred
- Fresh graduates in a related field are welcome to apply
- Having a strong desire to grow in a dynamic environment.
- Having the intention to improve other people to become more productive and work efficiently
- Having an excellent interpersonal skill and a good attitude
