You are responsible for overseeing all human resources activities of the company. Reporting directly to Head of Operations, you will be responsible for HR throughout the Organization.
1. Prepare recruitment materials, posting job vacancy, screening candidates, scheduling interview, and recruit candidates and wide recruitment networking in several platform
2. Maintain employee data to ensure all employee data are valid and up to date.
3. Manage employment contract & understanding Indonesian Labor law / omnibus-law
4. Adapt, develop and implement annual training program for all employees
5. Design and implement program for employee engagement
6. Adjust and implement HR strategy including HR automation and digitalization
7. Perform monthly payroll and control other benefits for employees
8. Liaising with BPJS Healthcare and Manpower if there is any issue
9. Able to manage all Operational team and to resolve all employee issue and Affairs.
10. General Affairs: managing drivers, security, cleaning service and managing office supplies and other GA related duties
1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Law / Human Resource Management / any related field
3. Min. 3 year(s) experience in HR
4. Excellent skill at Ms. Office, Drive, Gdocs, Gsheet, Gslide, etc
5. Excellent Critical Thinking & Analysis skill
6. Good interpersonal skill, communicate, dynamic and highly driven person
7. High motivation, honest, and discipline
8. Able to work to tight deadlines under pressure
