Qualifications – HRGA Manager
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HR & GA, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Strong experience in end-to-end HR processes and employee relations
• Solid understanding of General Affairs operations, including vendor and facility management
• Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in handling diverse responsibilities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently, lead a team, and stay hands-on in daily operations
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Willing to work full-time from the office (WFO) BSD & Cikupa Tangerang
