Job description for HRD Generalis (SPV Umum) at De Mata Trick Eye Museum
- Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
- Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Investigate complaints brought forward by employees
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Manage employee database and prepare reports
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process for our new hires and employee.
- Must be ReLocate working at Ngablak, Magelang, Jawa Tengah
- Bachelor degree/ Master of Industrial Organizational Psychology/ MSDM/ Law/ Management form reputable university with at least 1 - 3 year of Human Resources experience.
- Male / Female Age 24-30 years, well dressed, polite, good looking, good behavior and good attitude
- Highly adaptable and able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast paced environtment.
- Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem solving and result orientation.
- Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Tech recruitment experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Capability in Outlook, MS Office and related HR software
- Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.
- Independent, creative, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Quick learner with a positive working attitude.
- Able to multitask and work within timeline
- Must be Relocate to Ngablak, Magelang, Jawa Tengah
