Job Desc :
1. Responsible for headcount planning, organizational structure optimization and departmental responsibility clarification for the Malaysia factory, assisting in improving organizational efficiency and ensuring standardized HR operations for the overseas factory.
2. Recruitment and employer branding: enhance recruitment competitiveness and talent attractiveness, build an overseas benchmark employer image. Achieve recruitment targets for key talent, foreign workers and senior technical personnel.
3. Training system building and talent pipeline development: implement a tiered training system for the Malaysia factory to support capability improvement and production performance. Build talent pipelines and implement key position succession plans.
4. Performance system and employee incentive management: implement factory performance appraisal mechanisms, optimize KPIs and performance review processes to align performance with business results.
5. Corporate culture and employer branding: build an inclusive, stable and positive factory culture, organize team building activities regularly.
6. Employee relations and local compliance: proficient in Malaysian labor law and employment regulations; effectively handle labor disputes and mitigate employment risks.
Qualification :
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
2. 5+ years of HRBP or full-module HR experience; background in Chinese manufacturing/supply chain/technology enterprises preferred; experience in optical/electronics/precision manufacturing factories preferred.
3. Hands-on ability to independently build recruitment, training and culture systems.
4. Practical experience in employee engagement improvement, employer branding and corporate culture building.
5. Familiar with Malaysian labor law, local employment policies, salary structure and employment compliance.
6. Strong data mindset; able to produce HR reports, analyze metrics and propose improvement solutions.
7. Fluent in Chinese, English and Malay.
8. Professional qualifications: Intermediate Economist, Intermediate HR Specialist.
