Job description for HR Talent Partner at Recruit Express Pte Ltd
• Build a long-term relationship with clients through office visits and/or online check-ins to keep updated on their business and hiring needs
• Act as an intermediary between clients and candidates to ensure a mutual fit of clients’ requirements and jobseekers’ preferences and interests
• Advice clients and candidates on appropriate and adequate hiring practices aligned with MOM employment guidelines
• Design and implement various hiring strategies compatible with the market to attract potential candidates
• Utilise various online platforms (LinkedIn, Telegram, Job Portals etc.) to source for potential profiles
• Arrange, conduct and review interviews with potential candidates to assess their suitability for job opportunities
• Be involved in salary negotiation and conduct contract offers for successful candidates
Job Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Those with no experience are welcome to apply
• People-oriented and enjoy working in a team
