- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai HR minimal 2 tahun
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan
- Memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam berkomunikasi dengan pihak lain
- Mengerti UU Ketenagakerjaan
- Paham dan dapat membuat SOP
Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :
- Melakukan proses rekrutmen dari awal sampai akhir
- Melakukan perhitungan absensi
- Melakukan payroll mingguan dan bulanan
- mendaftarkan BPJS TK dan Kesehatan karyawan
- Membuat peraturan perusahaan
- Melakukan training internal karyawan
