HR Specialist
💼 Salary: USD upto $2,000 + Commission

📍 Working type: Fulltime office at Kuala Lumpur, we don’t open for Remote/Part-time/Hybrid
📍 Nationality requirement: All nationalities except Chinese citizens
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for staffing and managing recruitment needs;
- Responsible for recruitment implementation;
- Responsible for developing and managing recruitment channels;
- Responsible for providing comprehensive human resource solutions to specific business issues;
- Other tasks assigned by superiors.
REQUIREMENT
- Age under 30, Bachelor's degree or above, at least 2 year of experience in human resources;
- Extensive experience in recruitment projects and headhunting of high-end talent, familiar with various recruitment channels, skilled in talent profiling, able to build job competency models and develop talent maps, and have experience in developing and collaborating with external recruitment channels;
- Prior experience in recruiting for internet technology positions is preferred;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, clear thinking, familiar with recruitment processes, approachable, and business-oriented;
- High interpersonal sensitivity, flexible thinking, proactive, able to identify problems and propose feasible solutions;
- Fluent in Chinese, English proficiency preferred.
