About This Role
We are building the #1 tech-enabled recruitment and career discovery platform in Southeast Asia that helps people and organizations realise their human potential by joining great organisations, learning the right skills and building great teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and driving quality hires in a timely manner
- Build healthy and innovative sourcing channels and talent pipelines, not limited to market talent mapping and maintaining a network of high-potential candidates for proactive hiring
- Be a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers on their manpower needs and the hiring process
- Support all necessary administration relating to the hiring process

Who We Are Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related fields
- Recruitment and sourcing expertise preferred, but not required
- Target-driven, but with a focus on quality
- Organised and able to handle multiple streams of work
- Adaptable and able to learn quickly
- A team player, but also a self-starter
- A persuasive and confident communicator
- Good command of English
