Job description for HR Officer (Medan) at Columbia Asia Hospital
Job Description :
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Assist in people development processes.
- Assist in Talent Acquisition processes.
- Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
- Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.
- Handle all administrative tasks including entering data into HR information systems, upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies.
- Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees.
- Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.
- Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve.
- efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience.
- Ensure legal compliance of HR regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or psychology.
- Minimum has 2-3 years of working experience in related field.
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
- Have knowledge in Hospital Accreditation will be advantage.
- Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR law, procedures and policies.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Solutions, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
- Placement in Medan.
